"Inner Meetings" é um tempo e um estado, não um espaço. É um tempo teu, onde nós estamos para podermos crescer e sossegar, partilhar e elevar, rir e chorar...onde tu podes ser tu e sentir o teu eu, permitir um belo reencontro entre ti e a tua essência, edificar o teu templo interior através da consciência! O tempo e o estado para (re)iniciares através da tua verdadeira essência, onde se materializa a tua sabedoria: a sabedoria do teu corpo e da tua alma!
As Inner Meetings estreiam-se sob a energia do Ser Mulher – A Energia Feminina em Evolução; o (Re)Conectar com a Consciência da nossa Essência. Está aberto e convida toda a gente que sinta como certo a participar: não existem barreiras de sexo no caminho da Expansão e Evolução da Consciência, sendo que todos nós temos Energia Feminina e Masculina.
É desenvolvido ao longo do ano através de vários Meetings (Módulos) regulares – cada pessoa pode participar naqueles que entender – uma vez mais, sem barreiras.
A abordagem é equilibradamente fluída, mas organizada – procuro resgatar e partilhar aquela que é a sabedoria ancestral sobre o Ser Mulher, e perdida em muito pela estrutura patriarcal da sociedade ocidental, aliado à ciência produzida nos últimos anos por cientistas (na maioria, mulheres) que procuram compreender, demonstrar e questionar, através dos métodos que dispomos, aquilo que as nossas antepassadas nos ensinavam (e que tantas vezes se mostra certo!) - tudo tendo a "prática" como objetivo! Podes aprender a colocar algum desse conhecimento em ação de acordo com o que for melhor para ti.
E...não fica por aqui! Em cada Inner Meeting, tens a oportunidade de realizar sempre ancoramento, auto-limpeza e energização guiadas! Uma espécie de "bónus" que nos permite ter Inner Meetings mais serenas e fluídas, para além de te ajudar a autonomizar nestas práticas para que as comeces a usar no dia-a-dia!
Além de tudo isso, as Inner Meetings têm convidadas/os! Procuro trazer diversas pessoas especialistas em diferentes áreas holísticas, enriquecendo os nossos encontros e dando a oportunidade de conheceres outros profissionais e facilitadores que te podem ajudar e guiar de muitas formas diferentes.
Por fim, as Inner Meetings têm ainda uma comunidade online, onde quem participa nas Meetings pode interagir, tirar dúvidas ou partilhar informação relevante!
É um tempo seguro para partilhares as tuas vulnerabilidades, curar as tuas feridas, beber a força da união e reiniciares o resgate da confiança em ti mesma e do teu Poder Pessoal.
É um tempo para (re)conheceres ferramentas e poderes mergulhar em ti, para te libertares, para te curares e assim poderes assumir e expandir a tua Luz, o teu Brilho Pessoal.
É uma aprendizagem prática para um novo modo de vida, despertando e (re)integrando a Magia de Ser Mulher: aceder a conhecimentos e rituais sobre espiritualidade, auto-conhecimento, auto-cuidados, sobre os ciclos internos da mulher e a sua ligação com os ciclos da natureza, sobre o corpo físico e emocional da mulher; enquanto simultaneamente resgatamos o cuidado coletivo, acolhemos a necessidade de ouvir e ser ouvida/o, partilhamos conhecimento e criamos com as mãos – a nossa espécie necessita de se encontrar, de se juntar, de partilhar!
Inner Meeting I – (Re)Conectar
No Meeting I - (Re)Conectar, envolvido neste espírito de comunidade e agregação, decidi abri-lo mesmo a toda a gente e, por isso, a participação é gratuita! É o primeiro encontro para o regresso a Casa! É a materialização de um Círculo de Energia Feminina! É o inicio do caminho para vermos e vivermos tudo como sendo Sagrado! É o inicio do Resgate da Energia Feminina que está presente em todos nós e da Cura da Energia Masculina . É o inicio do regresso à essência amorosa, criativa e pacífica.
Através da meditação, vamos (re)conectar-nos com a nossa essência; através da consciência e da visualização, vamos enraizar-nos na Mãe Terra; através da intenção, vamos limpar e re-energizar a nossa energia; através da intuição, vamos ler sinais do nosso corpo e da nossa Alma; através de um ritual sagrado, vamos fazer um tributo à Deusa que há em cada um/a de nós.
Neste Inner Meeting I, teremos como convidada Catarina Albuquerque, Especialista de Medicina Chinesa, que nos irá ajudar a compreender a importância, contemporaneidade e bases da Ancestralidade para a evolução da nossa Consciência e Práticas Diárias.

"Inner Meetings" it's a time and state, not a space. It's your time, where you can grow and calm, share and elevate, laugh and cry...where you can be you and feel your I, allow a beautifulre-meeting between yourself and your essence, built your inner temple through conscientiousness! The time and state to (re)initiate yourself through your true essence, where it materializes your wisdom: the wisdom of your body and soul!
Inner Meetings debuts under the energy of Woman Being – The Feminine Energy in Evolution; the (Re)Connect with the Consciousness of our Essence. It's open and invites everyone who feels it's right to participate: there are no sex barriers on the path to the Expansion and Evolution of Consciousness, as we all have Feminine and Masculine Energy.It's developed throughout the year through several regular Meetings (Modules) – each person can participate in those they understand – once again, without barriers.
The approach is fluidly balanced, but organized – I seek to rescue and share the ancestral wisdom about Being a Woman (Woman Being), which has been largely lost due to the patriarchal structure of western society, combined with the science produced in recent years by scientists (mostly women) who seek to understand, demonstrate and question, through the methods we have, what our ancestors taught us (and which so often proves to be right!) – all with "practice" as the objective! You can learn to put some of this knowledge into action in whatever way works best for you.
And... it doesn't stop there! At each Inner Meeting, you have the opportunity to always perform guided anchoring, self-cleansing and energizing! A kind of "bonus" that allows us to have more serene and fluid Inner Meetings, in addition to helping you become autonomous in these practices so that you can start using them in your daily life!
On top of all that, Inner Meetings have guests! I try to bring together different people who are experts in different holistic areas, enriching our meetings and giving you the opportunity to meet other professionals and facilitators who can help and guide you in many different ways.
Finally, Inner Meetings also have an online community, where those who participate in the Meetings can interact, ask questions or share relevant information!
It's
a safe time to share your vulnerabilities, heal your wounds,
drink the strength of union and restart the restore your
self-confidence and your Personal Power.
It's a time for you to (re)discover tools and powers dive into yourself, to free yourself, to heal yourself and so you can assume and expand your Light, your Personal Brilliance.
It's a practical learning for a new way of life, awakening and (re)integrating the Magic of the Woman Being: accessing knowledge and rituals about spirituality, self-knowledge, self-care, about women's internal cycles and their connection with the cycles of nature, on the physical and emotional woman body; while we simultaneously rescue our collective care, embracing the need to listen and be heard, share knowledge and create with our hands – our species needs to find each other, to get together, to share!
Inner Meeting I – (Re)Connect
At Meeting I - (Re)Connect, involved in this spirit of community and aggregation, I decided to open it up to everyone and, therefore, participation is free! It's the first meeting to return Home! It's the materialization of a Feminine Energy Circle! It's the beginning of the path to see and live everything as Sacred! It's the beginning of the Rescue of the Feminine Energy that's present in all of us and the Healing of the Masculine Energy.
It's the beginning of the return to the loving, creative and peaceful essence.Through meditation, we will (re)connect with our essence; through awareness and visualization, we will root ourselves into Mother Earth; through intention, we will cleanse and re-energize our energy; through intuition, we will read signals from our body and our soul; through a sacred ritual, we will pay tribute to the Goddess within each of us.
In this Inner Meeting I, as a guest, we will have Catarina Albuquerque, TCM Practitioner, who will help us understand the importance, contemporaneity and bases of Ancestrality for the Evolution of our Consciousness and Daily Practices.
